The Equipment Comes With Us
Planning and inventory live under one roof, so nothing gets lost between a planner and a rental vendor. Our catalog carries about 190 items across more than 20 categories, every one delivered, set up, and picked up by our crew.
Sizing a tent? Plan on 10 to 12 square feet per seated guest; for 50 guests that means 600-plus square feet, a 20x30 tent. Staked tents require an 811 underground-utility locate before installation, and we plan it into the schedule.
