How much does it cost to rent a bounce house in Indianapolis?
A standard bounce house from INDY Event Team rents from $215, and bounce-and-slide combos run from $325 to $339. Every price is listed on the product page in our catalog before you book, or call (317) 399-4405 for a quote.
How much does it cost to rent a water slide?
Water slides start at $325 for the 16-foot Mermaid Plunge and range up to about $650 for the 24-foot Raging River. Most 18-to-20-foot slides run $495 to $585, listed per unit in our catalog.
How much does a tent rental cost?
A 10x10 tent starts at $100, a standard 20x20 tent is $295, and marquee high-peak tents run $350 for a 20x20 up to $700 for a 20x40. Staked tents noted in our catalog require an 811 underground-utility locate before installation.
How much does it cost to rent tables and chairs?
Tables, chairs, and linens are quoted per event based on your counts and delivery address. Submit a quote request or call (317) 399-4405 and we will price your exact list.
Is it cheaper to buy or rent a bounce house?
For a party or two a year, renting usually wins: the unit arrives, gets set up, and leaves when the event ends, with no storage, cleaning, repairs, or insurance to own. Buying only pays off if you will use the same unit many times every season and can store it dry.
Do you offer discounts for large events?

Planning your rental
What size tent do I need for 50 guests?
Plan on roughly 10 to 12 square feet per seated guest. Fifty guests need at least 600 square feet, so look at a 20x30 tent or larger; our 20x40 marquee high-peak (800 square feet) gives 50 guests room for tables plus a buffet or dance floor, while a 20x20 (400 square feet) seats closer to 32 to 40.
What ages are bounce houses appropriate for?
Most standard bounce houses are built for kids about 3 and up, and younger children should always bounce separately from bigger kids. For the youngest guests we carry toddler-specific units like the Toddler Bounce and Slide Combo, and every product page lists that unit's own capacity and rider guidance.
How long can you rent a bounce house?
Bookings run single-day, overnight, or multi-day; you choose the window when you set your event date at checkout. Most backyard parties book a single day.
Should I rent equipment or do it myself?
Renting brings commercial-grade equipment that home-store gear cannot match, and the delivery crew handles hauling, setup, and takedown, which is most of the actual work of party day. DIY makes sense for small gatherings; past about 20 guests, rentals usually cost less than the time they save.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking in advance, especially for larger events and during peak seasons, so the best options are still available and the package can be tailored to your event. We also accommodate last-minute requests whenever feasible.
